Description

  • Own lifecycle growth metrics, including retention, reactivation, and revenue across email, push, and other channels.
  • Build lifecycle and retention systems from scratch, including channels, segments, triggers, and communication logic.
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, and launch successful experiments.
  • Define martech product needs, write requirements, and drive delivery with engineering, product, and analytics teams.
  • Launch new projects and integrate them into the martech stack with lifecycle communications in place from day one.
  • Monitor sending health, volumes, deliverability, and conversion metrics, and address anomalies promptly.
  • Create repeatable processes and documentation for launching new channels and projects.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a Product Manager or Growth Product Manager in a commercial B2C product company.
  • Experience personally owning and improving a measurable product metric.
  • Ability to independently generate hypotheses and drive initiatives forward.
  • Strong analytical approach to framing questions, working with data, and making data-informed decisions.
  • Experience building a repeatable AI agent, automation, or pipeline.
  • Basic technical literacy, including understanding of APIs and ability to collaborate with developers.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Experience with email marketing or retention channels (preferred).
  • Understanding of email deliverability, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and sender reputation (preferred).
  • Experience with Jira and sprint-based development processes (preferred).
