Description

  • Own product positioning, messaging frameworks, and demonstration strategy across ELN, LIMS, and CMC workflows.
  • Deliver tailored solution presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, partners, and industry-event audiences.
  • Bridge product development, marketing, and sales to align go-to-market activity with product capabilities and customer insight.
  • Develop expertise in CMC, biologics, and the life sciences landscape to engage scientific and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Partner with product and executive leadership to align external messaging with product direction and company strategy.
  • Synthesize customer feedback, demos, and market signals into actionable product and positioning insights.
  • Support sales through RFP responses, proof-of-concept engagements, and strategic account activities.
  • Lead product marketing initiatives, including content, conference presentations, webinars, and customer advisory board preparation.
  • Provide executive leadership with commercially informed perspectives on market positioning and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management or product marketing at a life sciences software company, with a customer-facing focus.
  • Deep knowledge of ELN and LIMS platforms and the ability to engage scientists, laboratory managers, and IT stakeholders.
  • Understanding of CMC processes; exposure to biologics and the biotech/pharma development pipeline is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex product functionality into compelling value propositions and customer stories.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and executive leaders with strong commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality product demonstrations that advance sales opportunities.
  • Experience working in scale-up and/or corporate environments and supporting enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent written, verbal, visual, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing product, sales, and marketing priorities independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with biologics, CDMOs, pharmaceutical development, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, scientific data management, or industry events is preferred.
