Description

  • Own the external product narrative for ELN, LIMS, and CMC workflows through positioning, messaging, and demo strategy.
  • Lead high-impact product demonstrations for prospective customers, partners, and industry events.
  • Act as a bridge between product management, sales, and marketing to align go-to-market activity with product reality and customer insight.
  • Partner with the Head of Product and executive leadership to align external messaging with product direction and company strategy.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally by turning feedback from demos, customer conversations, and market signals into product and positioning insights.
  • Support sales with RFP responses, proof-of-concept engagements, and strategic account work that requires product expertise.
  • Build and maintain demo environments, use-case scenarios, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Support product marketing activities including content development, conference presentations, webinars, and customer advisory board preparation.
  • Engage directly with executive leadership and the CEO on market positioning and customer feedback.
  • Apply domain knowledge in CMC, Bioanalysis, Bioprocessing, GMP Manufacturing, and QCLIMS to communicate credibly with scientific and regulatory stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management or product marketing within a life sciences software company.
  • Deep knowledge of ELN and LIMS products.
  • Strong understanding of CMC, Bioanalysis, Bioprocessing, GMP Manufacturing, and QCLIMS processes.
  • Experience with biologics and the biotech/pharma development pipeline is strongly preferred.
  • A strong product marketing mindset with the ability to translate complex functionality into customer value propositions.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders, including executive leaders.
  • Track record of delivering product demonstrations that help advance deals and build customer confidence.
  • Experience working in scale-up and/or corporate environments.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced degree such as a Master's or PhD in a relevant scientific domain.
  • Background in biologics, CDMOs, or pharmaceutical development organizations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and quality contexts such as 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP environments is preferred.
  • Experience in a dual product management/product marketing role, or close collaboration between the two, is preferred.
  • Experience presenting at industry conferences, user groups, or customer advisory boards is preferred.
  • Experience with scientific data management platforms or adjacent informatics software is preferred.
