Description

  • Partner with applied AI teams to design and ship the context intelligence layer for customer business understanding.
  • Build a deep reasoning agent that produces marketing insight through multi-step analysis and cross-source synthesis.
  • Own the feedback loop between richer context, stronger reasoning, increased engagement, and improved context quality.
  • Design evaluation frameworks, quality rubrics, and output grading systems to measure AI product performance.
  • Prototype with frontier models directly and test prompt architectures to inform product decisions.
  • Challenge and collaborate with engineering on system design, data models, and model behavior.
  • Set the bar for production-grade marketing intelligence and define what quality means in practice.
  • Drive prototypes through production and in-market adoption with end-to-end ownership.

Requirements

  • Significant product management experience building AI/ML-powered products in production at scale.
  • Direct experience shaping data platforms, context systems, or structured intelligence layers.
  • Experience defining new product capabilities in fast-moving, ambiguous domains.
  • Production experience with frontier AI models and agentic architectures.
  • Strong product taste combined with technical depth in system architecture, data models, or model behavior.
  • Experience designing evaluation frameworks and quality bars for AI products.
  • Former engineering experience or an equivalent technical foundation is a strong signal.
  • Marketing technology or customer engagement platform experience is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to operate with founder-level ownership and work effectively across data/ML, product, and engineering teams.
