Description

Design, build, and maintain scalable Java/Spring Boot applications and Vue.js/React frontends.
Work in a self-organizing product team with Product Management, UX, Platform, DevOps, and Support.
Perform feasibility analysis, project planning, and work estimation for team tasks.
Apply engineering best practices such as automated testing, code reviews, pair programming, and documentation.
Break down complex problems into clear, estimable tasks.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions affecting performance, quality, and security.
Provide constructive input on product direction and customer needs.
Collaborate in an Agile environment with autonomy over day-to-day work.

Requirements

3+ years of professional software development experience.
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Vue.js or React.
Practical experience with cloud architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, including L3 escalations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to switch between roadmap work and maintenance.
Deep understanding of web application architecture, performance, quality, and security.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-product teams.
Fluent verbal and written English.
