Description

  • Design, develop, maintain, and optimize applications using Golang and .NET technologies.
  • Build and implement scalable cloud-based solutions on AWS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in technical reviews and assessments to ensure alignment with team standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to backend services and components using foundational Golang knowledge.
  • Support onboarding activities through technical guidance and knowledge sharing with new team members.
  • Promote software engineering best practices, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges to maintain project continuity and delivery success.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with .NET application development.
  • 3+ years of experience and foundational knowledge of Golang.
  • Experience developing and deploying solutions in AWS cloud environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile software development environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote and distributed teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, technologies, and development practices (preferred).
  • Knowledge of modern cloud architectures and distributed systems (preferred).
  • Experience contributing to process improvement and engineering excellence initiatives (preferred).
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively in fast-paced environments (preferred).
  • Must be available to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (CT).
  • Must be a resident of Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Brazil, or Mexico.
