Description

  • Build and optimize machine learning models and statistical algorithms.
  • Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and automated reporting tools.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate data-driven insights into strategy.
  • Validate model performance and ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing AI/ML initiatives across the organization.
  • Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and analytical frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data engineering concepts.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in technology, SaaS, or data-driven environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred.
  • Exposure to NLP, LLMs, or generative AI preferred.
  • Experience with MLOps tools and model deployment workflows preferred.
  • Background working with sensitive or regulated data is a nice to have.
