Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate responses across calls, emails, and chats.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
  • Escalate customer issues to internal teams and help drive efficient resolution.
  • Use digital tools, CRM systems, and chat software to communicate with customers and track interactions.
  • Analyze customer problems and propose appropriate solutions in a proactive manner.
  • Ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and manage escalations.
  • Follow a rostered schedule with rotational weeks off and be available for camera-on work throughout the day.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Graduation is mandatory.
  • Preferred experience in recruitment, BPO/KPO, Customer Success, call center, or SaaS-related fields.
  • Fluency in both English and Hindi.
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Minimum 30 Mbps reliable Wi-Fi and a dedicated work-from-home setup.
  • Availability to work 6-day rotational shifts, including weekends and extended hours.
  • Comfort with Excel, CRM, ticketing systems, chat software, Zoom, Google Meet, and Calendly.
  • At least 1 year of front-line customer query handling experience.
  • Ability to start within one month and commit to the current role for a minimum duration.
