Description

  • Serve as product owner for Oracle HCM Cloud applications across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Workforce Management.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate the Oracle HCM product roadmap aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Manage the HCM product backlog, including requirements gathering, user stories, testing, and release activities.
  • Provide functional leadership for Oracle HCM processes such as payroll, employee lifecycle events, benefits administration, time entry, approvals, position management, and compliance activities.
  • Analyze and resolve complex functional issues while supporting system stability, performance, and user satisfaction.
  • Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases, new functionality, and emerging technologies for business value and efficiency opportunities.
  • Lead user acceptance testing, business readiness, and transition activities for new capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with Finance, Payroll, and related enterprise systems.
  • Support data governance, reporting, compliance, and audit requirements related to HCM processes and employee data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting or managing Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  • Experience with multiple Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time and Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Workforce Management.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications preferred.
  • Experience serving as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Lead preferred.
  • Experience with HCM transformation, system implementations, or major enhancement projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled HCM capabilities, workforce analytics, and process automation preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work remotely or on-site and travel as required by customer projects.
