Description

  • Own media buying and acquisition strategy across app channels including Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic.
  • Plan, execute, and scale multi-channel app campaigns for iOS and Android.
  • Build and optimise web-to-app and app-direct flows based on economics and tracking reliability.
  • Set budgets using payback, signal quality, and incremental performance rather than vanity metrics.
  • Design weekly testing roadmaps covering channel mix, budget, optimisation events, geo expansion, and creative inputs.
  • Set up and maintain attribution across SKAN, MMPs, and first-party event frameworks.
  • Design and refine signal engineering approaches including AEM configuration, server-side events, CAPI, and event prioritisation.
  • Reconcile platform, MMP, and backend subscription data to identify measurement gaps and optimisation opportunities.
  • Map the full user funnel from ad click through retention and diagnose performance issues using cohort data.
  • Optimise App Store and Play Store listings, and feed paid learnings into ASO strategy.
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategists by translating performance data into test hypotheses, success metrics, and learning logs.
  • Lead performance reviews and communicate results, limitations, and next steps clearly to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in mobile performance marketing or app growth.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta app campaigns, Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience using MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
  • Demonstrable experience scaling subscription apps or trial-based products.
  • Strong understanding of attribution challenges, including SKAN, AEM, and CAPI/server-side tracking.
  • Ability to debug tracking and event mapping issues logically.
  • Strong commercial judgement with a payback-focused mindset.
  • Structured, analytical thinking and clear communication in client-facing settings.
  • Comfort working in a performance-first, algorithm-aware, economics-driven role.
  • Preference for candidates who can work through attribution ambiguity without relying on creative to drive performance.
