Description

  • Manage the end-to-end sales funnel and operational deployment of 30-50+ robotics units into key accounts by 2027.
  • Build and execute multi-year strategic account plans for complex enterprise customers.
  • Map, access, and influence stakeholders across Operations, Reliability, Digital, HSE, Procurement, and C-level functions.
  • Translate robotics inspection and autonomy capabilities into measurable business outcomes for customers.
  • Negotiate complex contract terms, pricing, and framework agreements to support long-term scaling.
  • Coordinate internal teams across Product, Engineering, Deployment, and Customer Success to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene, data quality, and forecast accuracy with strong commercial discipline.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends and feed insights back into the business.
  • Drive adoption of autonomous inspection technologies in offshore and onshore operations.

Requirements

  • Proven recent experience in direct sales and Key Account Management for complex, high-tech industrial solutions, ideally software-enabled hardware or robotics.
  • Experience selling into Oil & Gas and Chemical industries.
  • Deep understanding of the Oil & Gas ecosystem, including operators, service companies, and EPC contractors.
  • Highly preferred knowledge of GCC procurement structures, vendor registration processes, and NOC governance models.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to engage senior stakeholders and resolve commercial or operational issues.
  • Ability to position robotics within industrial automation and digital transformation ecosystems such as DCS, asset integrity, and IIoT platforms.
  • Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures in global enterprise accounts.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
