Description

  • Own and grow a $3M+ book of business for North American customers, with responsibility for renewals, expansions, and upsells.
  • Collaborate with Renewal Specialists, CSM/TCSM teams, Marketing, New Business, Product, and Support to drive customer outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of JumpCloud solutions within existing accounts and identify additional growth opportunities.
  • Develop targeted account strategies to increase product usage and uncover upsell opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed Net ARR, renewal, expansion revenue, and adoption-related performance targets.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline activity and provide consistent reporting on key metrics and account health.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for account escalations and work proactively to resolve issues.
  • Provide regular updates on performance, pipeline health, and growth initiatives to the Head of International Account Managers.
  • Maintain transparent communication with internal stakeholders and external customers to keep teams aligned.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management, ideally serving North American markets.
  • Proven track record of driving renewals and expansions in a high-growth environment.
  • Ability and willingness to work 5:30pm–2:30am IST, Monday through Friday, to align with North American business hours.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools, pipeline analytics, and forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; MBA is a plus.
  • Familiarity with advanced sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or SPIN is preferred.
  • Experience in a hyper-growth SaaS environment managing complex portfolios is preferred.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills are required for interviews and internal business communication.
