Description

  • Research target accounts, security architectures, and trigger events before outreach.
  • Run strategic outbound campaigns into a defined set of named accounts.
  • Write highly personalized emails and outreach that reflect each prospect’s environment and priorities.
  • Balance cold outbound with inbound follow-up to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Use intent data, CRM signals, and independent research to prioritize accounts and opportunities.
  • Own pipeline numbers and maintain clear visibility into territory performance.
  • Learn enterprise cybersecurity topics including SIEM modernization, detection engineering, and security operations workflows.
  • Participate in coaching and continuously improve messaging, positioning, and sales execution.
  • Engage technical and executive buyers, including CISOs and security leaders, with outcome-focused messaging.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar customer-facing sales role.
  • Experience with cold calling and outbound sequences.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • US-based.
  • Curiosity about cybersecurity and enterprise technology.
  • Grit and resilience in the face of rejection.
  • Coachable mindset with the ability to apply feedback quickly.
  • Self-starter who can own territory planning and account execution.
  • Preference for candidates with experience at a growth-stage startup or in cybersecurity and enterprise tech.
