Description

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert and power user of the Anomali Platform.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholder contacts.
  • Address customer technical requests and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Provide technical guidance to drive successful product usage and adoption.
  • Manage customer expectations and maintain accountability for outcomes.
  • Act as the customer advocate and internal champion within Anomali.
  • Track account health and progress, and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with Onboarding Engineers to support smooth customer transitions.
  • Partner with Technical Support, Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to resolve issues and relay customer feedback and feature requests.
  • Monitor customer usage, create custom dashboards, recommend best practices, prove ROI, and build reference accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; 3 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company, preferably with cybersecurity technologies and architectures.
  • Experience across SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security controls/logs.
  • Significant experience working with enterprise accounts, SecOps, and threat intelligence.
  • Expertise with at least one SIEM product such as Splunk, QRadar, or Arcsight.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and relevant log telemetry such as network and identity logs.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects in a lead and team-player capacity.
  • Experience using Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal; must be located in and authorized to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
