Description

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert and power user of the Anomali Platform for customer success.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and act as the customer’s advocate and internal champion.
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues and requests.
  • Provide technical guidance to drive effective product usage, adoption, and maturity.
  • Monitor customer usage and key account metrics, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create custom dashboards, recommend best practices, and help prove ROI and value.
  • Coordinate with Onboarding Engineers to ensure smooth customer transitions.
  • Partner with Technical Support, Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Promote customer advocacy and build reference accounts.
  • Share customer feedback and emerging needs with internal technical teams to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 3 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company, preferably with cybersecurity technologies and architectures.
  • Experience with SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security controls/logs.
  • Significant experience working with enterprise accounts, SecOps, and threat intelligence.
  • Expertise with at least one SIEM product such as Splunk, QRadar, or ArcSight.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and relevant log telemetry such as network and identity data.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects as a lead and team player.
  • Experience using Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Located in and authorized to work in the Netherlands.

Benefits

  • Compensation range of 92,000 to 110,000 euros annually.
  • Eligible for a 12,000 euro bonus.
