Description

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert and power user for the Anomali platform.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, especially key stakeholders.
  • Address technical requests and proactively identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Provide technical guidance to drive product adoption and successful usage.
  • Manage customer expectations while keeping them accountable for outcomes.
  • Act as the customer advocate and internal champion within Anomali.
  • Track account metrics and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with onboarding, support, engineering, sales, and product teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Promote advocacy and build reference accounts.
  • Monitor customer usage, create custom dashboards, and make best-practice recommendations to demonstrate ROI and value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 3 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company, preferably with cybersecurity technologies and architectures.
  • Experience with SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security controls/logs.
  • Significant experience working in enterprise accounts, SecOps, and threat intelligence.
  • Expertise with at least one SIEM product such as Splunk, QRadar, or Arcsight.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and relevant log telemetry.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects as a lead and team player.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred regional language skills such as German, French, or other languages.
  • Experience using Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in the UK.
