Description

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert and power user of the Anomali Platform.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and act as the customer’s advocate.
  • Proactively identify, address, and resolve customer technical issues and requests.
  • Provide technical guidance to improve product usage, adoption, and customer success.
  • Manage customer expectations and hold them accountable to agreed outcomes.
  • Track key account metrics and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with onboarding engineers to ensure a smooth customer transition.
  • Work with technical support and engineering to resolve customer-reported issues.
  • Partner with sales to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with product management to promote customer feature requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 3 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Additional regional language skills such as German or French are preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company, preferably with cybersecurity technologies and architectures.
  • Experience with SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security controls/logs.
  • Significant experience working in enterprise accounts, SecOps, and threat intelligence.
  • Expertise with at least one SIEM product such as Splunk, QRadar, or ArcSight.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, operating systems, and relevant log telemetry.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects as a lead and team player.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in the Netherlands.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of 105,000 to 120,000 Euros.
  • Eligible for a 12,000 Euro bonus.
  • Equity compensation.
