Description

  • Own the customer adoption lifecycle from onboarding through production maturity.
  • Lead QBRs and EBRs with analyst, director, and CISO-level stakeholders.
  • Advise customers on security operations, threat intelligence, and effective platform usage.
  • Monitor usage, track account metrics, build dashboards, recommend best practices, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Identify technical issues and proactively coordinate resolutions with Support and Engineering.
  • Manage customer expectations and serve as the customer advocate and internal champion.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Product Management, Support, and Engineering teams.
  • Identify renewal and expansion risks and opportunities from usage data and customer relationships.
  • Promote customer advocacy and develop reference accounts.
  • Communicate customer feedback and feature requests to internal technical and product teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; 3 additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Experience presenting to and building trust with Director-, VP-, and CISO-level security leaders, including leading QBRs or EBRs.
  • Enterprise account, security operations, and threat intelligence experience.
  • Expertise with at least one SIEM platform, such as Splunk, QRadar, or ArcSight, including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies including SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, security controls, and logs.
  • Strong networking, operating system, and log telemetry knowledge.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects and influencing senior executives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and Jira; willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • US remote work eligibility without current or future visa sponsorship; Bay Area employees follow a hybrid schedule at the Redwood City headquarters.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $150,000–$180,000 USD.
  • Benefits eligibility, with potential bonus and/or equity eligibility.
  • Remote position in the US; hybrid schedule available for Bay Area employees at the Redwood City headquarters.
