Description

  • Own and drive customer adoption from onboarding through full production maturity.
  • Serve as an Anomali Platform power user and provide technical guidance, recommendations, and issue resolution.
  • Plan and lead QBRs and EBRs with analysts, directors, and CISOs, translating usage into business value.
  • Monitor usage, account metrics, renewal risks, and expansion signals, and communicate findings to internal partners.
  • Create custom dashboards, demonstrate ROI, promote advocacy, and develop reference accounts.
  • Coordinate with onboarding, support, engineering, product management, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Advocate for customers internally and communicate feature requests and emerging needs.
  • Manage customer expectations, stakeholder relationships, and multiple projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; 3 additional years of relevant experience may substitute.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Experience presenting to and building trust with Director-, VP-, and CISO-level security leaders, including leading QBRs or EBRs.
  • Significant experience with enterprise accounts, security operations, and threat intelligence.
  • Experience with cybersecurity technologies such as SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, security controls, and logs.
  • Expertise with at least one SIEM, such as Splunk, QRadar, or ArcSight, including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization.
  • Strong networking, operating system, and log telemetry knowledge.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects and influencing senior executives; Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%; remote within the US, with hybrid work at the Redwood City headquarters for Bay Area employees; no visa sponsorship available.

Benefits

  • $150,000–$180,000 USD annual base salary.
  • Benefits eligibility, with potential bonus and/or equity.
  • Remote work within the US; hybrid option at the Redwood City, California headquarters.
