Description

  • Create, modify, and review full-stack code with attention to performance, reliability, security, and testability.
  • Contribute to system design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Build robust automated tests and help ensure deployments are fast and reliable.
  • Develop LLM-powered features and partnership integrations that influence product direction.
  • Bridge technical complexity and business goals across teams and stakeholders.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, drive team discussions, and help improve team processes.
  • Collaborate in a remote-first, cross-functional environment with strong documentation and clear communication.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of hands-on development experience.
  • Experience shipping reliable, production-grade software.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented languages such as Java, Scala, Kotlin, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong appreciation for functional programming principles.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
  • Strong command of relational databases.
  • Comfort using Git, observability tools such as New Relic or similar, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and taking ownership of work.
  • Must be located in the eastern time zone to align with team working hours.
