Description

  • Provide real-time support for web and app experiences, including digital walkthroughs for Pros managing their profiles from the field.
  • Conduct consultations on Pay-per-Lead and Subscription products, explaining ROI and product value in relation to business goals.
  • Troubleshoot app issues and help resolve complex customer problems across the Pro journey.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Angi products, policy changes, and trade-specific challenges to deliver accurate solutions.
  • Own individual performance metrics, including Productivity, Quality Assurance, and Resolution rates.
  • Triage unresolved issues to cross-functional teams such as Product, Billing, and Sales.
  • Communicate the voice of the Pro to internal stakeholders and advocate for customer needs.
  • Participate in coaching and calibration sessions and apply feedback to improve performance.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a high-volume inbound customer support or account management role, ideally in Tech or SaaS.
  • Ability to navigate multiple tools simultaneously, including Salesforce, Maestro, and Looker.
  • Experience troubleshooting mobile apps across iOS and Android.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle escalated or high-pressure calls professionally.
  • Ability to understand small business pressures and explain complex policies with clarity and a partner mindset.
  • Self-starter mentality with discipline to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and seek answers independently.
  • Growth mindset and flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing products, procedures, and priorities.
  • Preferred availability to work a dedicated shift of 10:00am - 6:30pm ET or 10:30am - 7pm ET.
