Description

  • Conceptualize, develop, and implement RF sensing technologies for platforms across multiple domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectures and concepts of operations for complex systems-of-systems.
  • Conduct system-level analysis and decompose requirements to the radar subsystem level.
  • Create, communicate, and align internal development roadmaps.
  • Develop, refine, and realize advanced RF sensing techniques, algorithms, and technologies.
  • Engage with industry leaders to align external roadmaps with Anduril business plans and pursuits.
  • Provide technical expertise to program and business leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Guide, direct, and mentor team members in theory and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or another technical field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role developing high-performance defense radar systems.
  • Strong expertise in radar architecture, radar modes, and system modeling.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor in radar hardware, algorithms, software, or systems design.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB and Python.
  • Ability to provide transcripts or detailed academic performance information during the early application process.
