Description

  • Own operational projects end-to-end from definition through solution design and implementation.
  • Manage complex programs that span multiple domains and ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Lead special projects and solve high-priority issues that do not fit within existing job functions.
  • Work on operational challenges at the intersection of hardware and software systems, including facilities moves and acquisitions integration.
  • Build analyses and reporting using business systems data to generate insights for functional teams.
  • Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau to measure process performance and identify improvements.
  • Develop scalable long-term solutions while also executing scrappy, short-turnaround analyses to answer urgent questions.
  • Project manage across many stakeholders and facilitate meetings, Slack-based coordination, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting, and Growth.
  • Set up new processes, capture data, and enable others to use tools and insights effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, or a business analyst role.
  • Experience working with business systems such as ERP, MRP, and HRIS.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to quickly execute analyses in Excel or SQL.
  • Ability to translate operational problems into data problems and build clear frameworks to structure them.
  • Comfort communicating broadly with large groups and senior leadership.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to independently step into problems and propose solutions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with flexible boundaries and after-hours responsiveness when needed.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Preferred experience working across complex, multi-domain operational environments.
  • Preferred familiarity with visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau.
