Description

  • Own and continuously improve the global partner program framework, including tiers, benefits, requirements, rules of engagement, and lifecycle milestones.
  • Build and manage the program’s global operating cadence, including QBR/MBR inputs, monthly updates, enablement drops, and partner communications.
  • Partner with regional leaders to align global standards with regional execution needs.
  • Improve partner onboarding and activation by creating playbooks, checklists, readiness milestones, and feedback loops.
  • Map current and future-state processes and remove friction through workflow redesign and automation of partner program operations.
  • Ensure strong systems and data support through CRM/PRM alignment, reporting hygiene, and scalable workflows.
  • Build toolkits and templates such as FAQs, partner-facing guides, internal playbooks, and global communications templates.
  • Evolve and operationalize partner incentives and funding mechanisms, including MDF frameworks, compliance, measurement, and governance.
  • Establish program success metrics and produce executive-ready performance updates with insights and recommended actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Sales/Alliances, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, Product, Finance, and Systems teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner programs, alliances operations, or ecosystem program management in B2B technology.
  • Demonstrated success improving and scaling an existing program, including governance, enablement, execution, and operational rigor.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership in matrixed environments across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, Product, Finance, and Systems teams.
  • Data-driven approach with experience building KPIs, dashboards, and using performance insights to influence program behavior.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear guidance and executive updates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous optimization through data and insights.
  • Experience spanning multiple partner motions, such as sell-with, sell-through, referral, or services-led ecosystems, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MDF or partner investment governance and measurement is preferred.
  • Experience with PRM/CRM tooling, workflow automation, and process mapping at scale is preferred.
  • International or global operating experience across regions and time zones is preferred.
