Description

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of highly scalable programs across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Build and maintain program management frameworks that ensure measurable outcomes and sustainable operations.
  • Ensure readiness to meet evolving legal requirements while supporting Airbnb’s obligations.
  • Translate emerging regulatory trends, data, and cross-functional inputs into actionable business strategies for senior leadership.
  • Influence cross-functional roadmaps and corporate strategy through expertise in regulatory frameworks.
  • Drive high-impact strategic projects that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, surface anomalies, and perform investigations.
  • Align global functions behind common objectives and coordinate cross-border projects.
  • Advise and guide cross-functional teams across geographies to continuously evolve long-term strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in regulatory operations, legal/policy compliance, consulting, project management, or related fields.
  • Strong ability to leverage data and patterns to scale programs effectively.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, complex regulatory environment.
  • Experience building scalable technical solutions and processes to mitigate risks.
  • Experience designing and operationalizing regulatory workflows.
  • Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex information to varied audiences.
  • Ability to regularly interface with and influence senior management as a thought partner.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity if hired into the US-remote eligible role.
  • Preferred/possible experience with cross-border or multi-jurisdiction regulatory work.

Benefits

  • US-remote eligible role.
  • Occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites may be required.
  • Base salary range of $168,000 to $203,000 USD.
  • May be eligible for bonus.
  • May be eligible for equity.
  • May be eligible for benefits.
  • May be eligible for Employee Travel Credits.
