Description

  • Lead and scale the Executive Success organization to provide high-touch support for senior executives.
  • Own and execute the 2026 EA strategy, including hiring, onboarding, leveling, coverage, performance guidance, and knowledge management.
  • Standardize function-specific onboarding programs to ramp new team members quickly.
  • Design staffing and coverage models to maintain seamless executive support during transitions and growth periods.
  • Set clear expectations and performance feedback processes for executive assistants and the executives they support.
  • Build and maintain a shared knowledge base of support processes and operational best practices.
  • Ensure flawless execution of core administrative work, including calendar management, travel, and expenses.
  • Introduce process improvements using AI, automation, and modern productivity tools.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop leaders and individual contributors on the Executive Admin team.
  • Partner with leaders on corporate operations and chief of staff projects across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in internal operations, high-touch Customer Success leadership, Customer Support, Management Consulting, or leading Executive Assistant/Operations organizations in high-growth environments.
  • Strong first-principles thinking and the ability to redesign traditional administrative functions into strategic, customer-centric operations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence high-profile internal stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring a team, with a track record of building a high-performance culture.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and a people-centric approach to problem-solving with a bias for execution.
  • Experience with process innovation and familiarity with modern AI tools and SaaS systems such as Slack, Airtable, and Confluence.
  • Desire to integrate LLMs and automation into daily workflows.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Experience working in high-growth software, technology, or defense sectors (preferred).
  • Experience managing operations through scale transitions such as IPO readiness or rapid international expansion (preferred).
