Description

  • Plan and execute complex hardware movements and site installations.
  • Manage site sustainment operations, including Tier 1 troubleshooting, user support, issue escalation, reporting, and data work.
  • Communicate plans and timelines to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional program teams to deliver capability and maintain execution focus.
  • Manage customer and stakeholder expectations and relationships.
  • Support large DoD programs by providing accurate, timely information and meeting deadlines.
  • Represent Anduril to customers and serve as the voice of the customer back to internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain lightweight processes to support deployment, sustainment, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree or 4+ years of experience in a technical field.
  • Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies, with a commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Proven customer-facing program management and/or systems engineering experience, preferably in defense, national security, or aerospace.
  • Proven experience leading peers to field hardware or software products into real operating environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the year.
  • Experience leading tech-enabled teams and building a culture of influence through relationships.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and subject matter experts across engineering, operations, logistics, and related functions.
  • Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate project management and customer relationship processes.
  • Ability to listen, consolidate, interpret, and communicate subjective information clearly for team benefit.
  • Creative, energetic, relentlessly curious, and able to solve problems and mitigate risk effectively.
