Description

  • Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM, including ITK, SOA, BMIDE, and Active Workspace.
  • Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and other systems such as ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, and CAD.
  • Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction.
  • Improve platform observability and reliability through monitoring and system health enhancements.
  • Set engineering standards through architectural guidance, technical decision-making, and high-quality code contributions.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and model effective team workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with systems architecture, software product and design, change management, requirements management, and manufacturing teams.
  • Define architecture standards for scalable growth and move solutions from concept to prototype to production.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience, including ITK development in C/C++, BMIDE data modeling and customization, SOA services and handlers, Active Workspace development, and Teamcenter architecture/database administration.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C#.
  • Experience with modern development practices, including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor.
  • Experience working with large enterprise applications or platforms with high availability requirements.
  • Database experience with SQL, Oracle or SQL Server, data modeling, and query optimization.
  • Strong opinions about code quality, architecture, and engineering best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • U.S. Person status required due to access to export-controlled data.
  • Experience with Teamcenter upgrades and migrations, especially 14.x to 2506/25.x, and cloud deployment architectures, preferred.
  • Experience with CAD integrations such as NX and SolidWorks, and other PLM platforms such as Windchill, Aras, and Enovia, preferred.
  • Experience in hyper-growth startup-like environments or aerospace/defense manufacturing, preferred.
  • Understanding of PLM-adjacent systems such as ERP, MES, WMS, CAD, BOM management, and engineering change management, preferred.
  • Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, preferred.
  • Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and REST APIs, preferred.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance, preferred.
