Description

Lead a small team of sourcers within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain function.
Identify passive and active candidates across manufacturing, assembly, and engineering disciplines.
Engage prospective talent through tailored outreach and personalized communication.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future manufacturing and production engineering needs.
Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
Use market research, industry networks, and advanced sourcing techniques to find candidates.
Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to improve sourcing workflows and effectiveness.
Support hiring for roles in electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing engineering, electrical manufacturing, firmware, and automation.

Requirements

6+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
Proven experience hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles.
Experience in high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and influence candidates and internal stakeholders.
Data-driven approach to evaluating sourcing effectiveness.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred experience sourcing in startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, complex hardware, or high-tech industries.
Preferred experience with Greenhouse, Gem, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Benefits

Base salary range of $146,000 to $194,000 USD.
