Description

  • Modernize and govern the enterprise learning technology stack by integrating generative AI and digital talent platforms into workflows.
  • Build and maintain a data-driven skills inventory and forecast future capability needs with business leaders.
  • Design and deploy end-to-end learning tracks, including leadership, behavioral, and micro-learning assets.
  • Create manager toolkits, coaching frameworks, and feedback loops that embed development into team routines.
  • Establish learning analytics dashboards to track skill velocity, behavioral adoption, internal mobility, and ROI.
  • Partner with leaders to align learning initiatives with business goals and employee development needs.
  • Drive continuous optimization of learning technologies and learning outcomes.
  • Manage complex learning initiatives independently from concept through execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s degree or relevant certification such as CPTD or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in corporate learning and development, instructional design, or talent development.
  • Experience mentoring peers or leading teams.
  • Demonstrated experience with modern digital talent stacks and AI-driven learning tools.
  • Advanced capability in building and operating enterprise digital talent systems and generative AI applications.
  • Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and behavioral psychology.
  • Experience translating executive KPIs and operational metrics into learning interventions and performance dashboards.
  • Strong consultative stakeholder management skills across multiple levels of leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must reside in one of the listed hiring states, including Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, New Mexico, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Virginia.
