Description

  • Guide institutional clients through onboarding, solution design, technical support, and ongoing enablement.
  • Partner with clients to translate complex technical challenges into streamlined, effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal product, engineering, go-to-market, and other cross-functional teams to support client needs.
  • Review, develop, test, and provide feedback on internal APIs and client workflows across REST, Webhooks, Websockets, and FIX APIs.
  • Design and drive tailored solutions for a wide range of client use cases across Anchorage products and capabilities.
  • Break down large projects into smaller tasks, estimate scope and timelines, and help prioritize work.
  • Analyze trade-offs and recommend technical, operational, and legal/compliance approaches aligned with client operating models.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Anchorage’s business model, strategy, organizational priorities, and product roadmap.
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to specs, discussions, and broader product initiatives across team boundaries.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role such as consulting, product, technical account management, or client success, preferably in tech or crypto.
  • Strong desire to learn and build technical expertise, especially around APIs and complex system integrations.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on improving client outcomes.
  • Experience or strong interest in crypto/blockchain technology.
  • Deep understanding of B2B and B2B2C technical integrations and implementation steps.
  • Knowledge of API development processes and the ability to communicate with product and engineering stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop, test, and give constructive feedback on APIs and client workflows across REST, Webhooks, Websockets, and FIX APIs.
  • Preferred: prior experience with API testing or basic scripting.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Postman, Colab, BigQuery, Looker, Google Cloud Logs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
  • Preferred: experience contributing to technical documentation or client-facing enablement materials.
  • Preferred: experience leading client solution design sessions and driving them to completion across internal and external stakeholders.
