Description

  • Manage onboarding execution for new customers after contract signing and track readiness through activation.
  • Own onboarding checklists and ensure all required customer information and documentation are collected.
  • Identify the correct onboarding and accounting contacts and coordinate dashboard and account setup.
  • Coordinate shipment timelines, installation readiness, and activation progress across multiple properties.
  • Collect and review utility bills, coordinate pricing entry, and support markup recommendations for customer approval.
  • Follow up on banking setup, recurring billing workflows, reimbursements, and property statement processes.
  • Track and resolve support tickets from EV drivers and property teams, escalating issues when needed.
  • Maintain strong response times and customer communication to prevent onboarding delays and service issues.
  • Flag expansion opportunities and coordinate handoff to the Sales team for additional charger needs.
  • Suggest improvements to templates, systems, and workflows to improve onboarding efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in CX, Account Management, Customer Success, Operations, or Post-Sales Implementation roles.
  • Experience managing customers after a complex sale with onboarding-heavy workflows and strong follow-up ownership.
  • Familiarity with building workflows, templates, and operational tracking systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at C2 level.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Sheets, Bill.com, Slack, and internal dashboards.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; summa, magna, or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college preferred.
  • Experience in EV infrastructure, utilities, property management, construction coordination, or implementation-heavy operational environments preferred.
  • Experience supporting recurring billing models or B2B account operations preferred.
  • Experience working in U.S.-based startups or high-growth technology companies preferred.
  • Experience balancing customer-facing account management with internal operational execution preferred.
