Description

  • Partner with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and progress strategic enterprise deals.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution storytelling for EPM and AI-enabled planning use cases.
  • Translate complex EPM capabilities and AI insights into clear business value and ROI.
  • Apply deep industry knowledge to advise prospects and support targeted business development.
  • Design how Anaplan integrates with enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM within existing technology landscapes.
  • Manage technical validations and support the development of proofs of concept.
  • Build planning-function-specific solutions, demos, and messaging tailored to prospect needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, and marketing teams to support client engagements and solution adoption.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on EPM, FP&A, and AI-driven performance management.
  • Provide insights to marketing and support market penetration within a specific industry vertical.

Requirements

  • MBA, PG Diploma, B.Eng, BSc, BCom, BA, CA, or an equivalent qualification; post-graduate and professional qualifications are a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience in software, system integration, IT departments, consulting, or presales.
  • Prior experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is required.
  • Prior experience with planning tools such as Anaplan, SAP SAC/BPC, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, OneStream, or TM1 is required.
  • Experience in presales or consulting, with 10+ years preferred.
  • Deep industry expertise, preferably in BFSI.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration across ERP, CRM, and related systems.
  • Excellent presentation, client relationship, and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly on new technology.
  • A consultative selling approach and a growth mindset are preferred.
