Description

  • Engage targeted prospects to uncover broken business processes and position Anaplan as the solution.
  • Build business value throughout the sales cycle and align prospects around the Anaplan platform.
  • Deliver presentations to directors, SVPs, and C-suite leaders, including CFOs and CROs.
  • Develop customers and own opportunity management end-to-end across multiple targets and functions.
  • Apply value-based selling methods and tools to run sales processes and forecast business accurately.
  • Identify expansion opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling within targeted accounts.
  • Lead strategic sales planning to support accurate business forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success teams.
  • Hunt for new logo opportunities while growing the existing customer base.

Requirements

  • Extensive consultative sales experience with Fortune 2000 companies, ideally in SaaS solutions.
  • Proven hunter mindset with a strong drive to develop new business.
  • Experience in Industrial, Retail, Energy, Manufacturing, or Business verticals preferred.
  • Success selling to Vice President and Senior Vice President buyers.
  • Track record of exceeding quota, including multiple high six-figure annual contract value deals in services and/or software.
  • Established network in the territory, with customers and implementation partners.
  • Experience working with complex partner and internal team organizations.
  • Domain understanding of Supply Chain, FP&A, Workforce Planning, and Sales processes.
  • Strong opportunity management skills, including sales process, qualification, executive presentations, quote presentation, and negotiation.
  • Ability to manage 3-5 opportunities at once.
  • Business, Finance, Economics, or related BS/BA degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience with Outreach, SFDC, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
  • Account planning experience with Altify, MEDDPICC, or Miller Heiman preferred.
