Description

  • Drive revenue across key independent pharma accounts by connecting platform solutions with agency partners and healthcare marketers.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with planning, investment, and trading teams to expand existing accounts and close new business.
  • Lead end-to-end sales efforts for the full product suite, including designing, negotiating, and executing Joint Business Plans.
  • Deliver customized sales presentations and platform demos, and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Platform Support to support onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Strategy to bring client feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Align agency and brand-side relationships by working closely with the Client Partnerships team.
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform capabilities, and the competitive landscape through training and events.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with programmatic platform technologies, data, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, ad servers, and verification tools.
  • 4+ years of AdTech business development experience focused on monetizing enterprise software and programmatic solutions with holding companies and agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of and relationships with agencies and programmatic teams.
  • Experience working with healthcare/pharma marketers and their agencies.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales goals.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic and client optimization recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well organized, flexible, and comfortable working independently.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Preferred: passion for programmatic advertising and a hunter mentality in a fast-changing startup environment.
