Description

  • Evaluate consulting engagements and technology platforms to identify opportunities for productization and scalable offerings.
  • Lead the end-to-end product innovation lifecycle from opportunity identification through launch and ongoing management.
  • Conduct or coordinate market research, competitive analysis, and client discovery to validate new offering opportunities.
  • Define offering concepts, including value propositions, target buyers, differentiation, success criteria, and positioning.
  • Develop business cases and financial models for executive investment decisions in partnership with Finance.
  • Guide delivery teams in turning approved concepts into solutions that can be scoped and delivered consistently.
  • Coordinate go-to-market readiness with Growth, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and internal enablement.
  • Monitor launched offering performance, including adoption, delivery economics, client satisfaction, and pipeline health.
  • Identify cross-cutting opportunities that combine research, policy, technology, and communications capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain a lightweight product-management cadence across portfolio reviews and feedback loops.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in product management, offering development, practice leadership, solution packaging, or a related function.
  • Experience building or scaling an offering management or product function, not just working within an existing one.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and delivery teams to adopt new ways of working.
  • Experience packaging and pricing repeatable services or products.
  • Experience developing business cases, financial models, or investment proposals for new products or service offerings.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities and subject-matter expertise into market-facing value propositions.
  • Comfort operating across organizational boundaries and influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working within or selling to state Medicaid agencies, CMS, SAMHSA, HRSA, CDC, or similar federal and state health agencies (preferred).
  • Familiarity with government health funding streams, contract vehicles, and procurement processes (preferred).
  • Experience with stage-gate or lightweight product development processes in consulting, professional services, or technology environments (preferred).
  • Experience bringing new products or offerings from market concept to launch (preferred).
  • Experience managing technology platforms or SaaS products alongside service-based offerings (preferred).
  • Master’s degree in public health, health administration, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in environments that combine technology products with professional services, such as SaaS with implementation or consulting with platforms (preferred).
  • Candidates must be currently eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
  • All work must be performed within the continental U.S. for the duration of employment, unless required by contract.
  • Ability to work core hours aligned with Eastern Time, unless otherwise approved.
  • Remote employees must maintain a dedicated, ergonomically appropriate workspace with reliable internet and a mobile device that supports efficient work.
