Description

  • Own the strategy and end-to-end sales process for AlphaSense’s most strategic APAC accounts.
  • Drive enterprise expansion across Corporate Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Business Development, and M&A use cases.
  • Co-create local account expansion strategies with a Global Account Leader.
  • Build executive-level relationships and business cases to support enterprise deployments.
  • Research opportunities, prospect new business, initiate conversations, conduct demos, and manage evaluations.
  • Execute a value-based enterprise sales motion, including champion building and deal management.
  • Partner with SDR, Marketing, and Account Management teams to create prospecting plans and drive pipeline.
  • Forecast accurately and help the Pod build sufficient pipeline to meet or exceed quota.
  • Support customer health throughout the contract term and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience owning a book of new business in an enterprise sales environment.
  • Strong track record of success in SaaS sales.
  • Experience executing a value-based enterprise sales motion, preferably with complex deal management.
  • Ability to explain complex business data and concepts to non-research audiences.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Ability to uncover business challenges through thoughtful discovery and curiosity.
  • Demonstrated tenacity, self-motivation, and a strong hunter mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functional pod structure.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Japanese is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with coaching, training, and continuous improvement is preferred.
