Description

  • Drive end-to-end technical programs from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Align technical roadmaps with business priorities to support timely product delivery.
  • Resolve project-level issues, manage scope changes, and mitigate risks to keep programs on track.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, TPM peers, and other functions to coordinate execution and dependencies.
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs and program progress to leadership.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and communicate status, risks, and decisions across stakeholders.
  • Optimize program delivery processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Lead teams and mentor junior program managers.
  • Support planning activities and help teams navigate prioritization, conflict resolution, and change management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in TPM or engineering management, focused on software development or infrastructure.
  • Technical depth to understand software architecture, design, and implementation in Cloud, SaaS, or Enterprise environments.
  • Proven experience delivering complex roadmaps in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, or Asana.
  • Experience with risk management, dependency management, prioritization, conflict resolution, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams.
  • Experience in a data, analytics, or business intelligence domain, ideally with AI or LLM exposure.
  • Technical background such as a former engineer or technical degree.
  • Project management certification such as SAFe is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $183,000 to $252,000 USD.
