Description

  • Collaborate with the President to define organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring plans.
  • Translate strategy into actionable growth plans, including goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
  • Lead process improvement efforts to streamline operations, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and implement technologies that support call center operations and improve service delivery.
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity while building a highly inclusive, high-performing culture.
  • Lead recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations and take corrective action when needed.
  • Analyze internal operations to identify and implement process enhancements.
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with short- and long-term objectives.
  • Partner with the President on sales management, capital planning, and investment decisions to support growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of contact center experience, including multi-national operations.
  • 5+ years of executive leadership experience in a contact center environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of nearshore operations and the Philippines.
  • Significant experience driving change management and influencing organizational culture and outcomes.
  • C-suite presentation experience.
  • Proven experience building, leading, retaining, and engaging successful teams.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Strong track record of managing complex budgets successfully.
  • Experience with Power BI, project management, and related tools/processes.
