Description

  • Lead technical discovery with client engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Implementation, and Account Managers throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Own proofs of concept and trials, demonstrating Enterprise Suite solutions and supporting deal closure.
  • Guide clients from contract to production, including GraphQL authentication, cloud deployment, SSO, and SCIM configuration.
  • Manage technical relationships and drive Enterprise Suite adoption across client organizations.
  • Resolve technical escalations by testing API requests, reviewing logs, and escalating structured feedback to Product and Engineering.
  • Build scripts and internal tools to scale support and implementation workflows, including permission updates and content ingestion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Sales Engineering with large enterprise clients.
  • Experience conducting open-ended technical discovery and identifying appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Hands-on software engineering experience, including writing and debugging code.
  • Knowledge of REST or GraphQL APIs, OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM, and at least one cloud platform: AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
  • Experience selling to or working in analyst roles within banking, asset management, private markets, corporate, or consulting environments is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Experience with MCP, LLM-based workflows, or AI agents is preferred.
