Description

  • Learn Solution Consulting fundamentals, establish priorities, and develop technical capabilities under the direction of an SC Manager or Team Lead.
  • Support software demonstrations and sales opportunities of minimal complexity.
  • Identify prospects’ business challenges and develop value-focused demo plans with guidance.
  • Gradually build independence as a customer-facing individual contributor.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires in partnership with sales, product, and legal teams.
  • Address customer questions and objections during product demonstrations.
  • Travel approximately 30% of the time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience leading product demonstrations and handling customer questions and objections.
  • Experience with technical integrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Experience selling, implementing, integrating, or using workforce management software; TCP product experience is beneficial.
  • Curiosity about marketing, communications technology, technical integrations, and workforce management.
  • Problem-solving ability, proactive judgment, creativity, adaptability, and willingness to implement feedback.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Exposure to AI tools and their applications in sales or workforce management is preferred.
