Description

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans aligned with client goals and expectations.
  • Coordinate with account management, product, marketing, sales, and client technical teams to support successful implementations.
  • Manage the post-sale implementation process for new customers and existing upsell customers.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communications to keep internal and external stakeholders informed of implementation progress.
  • Create and customize training programs for each client engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to produce client documentation that supports training needs.
  • Proactively identify implementation risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators for team and individual performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive improvements.
  • Develop and maintain playbooks to support future large-scale implementations.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Adoption Specialists to drive adoption and value realization.

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience as an implementation manager, customer-facing project manager, or in enterprise customer success.
  • Experience overseeing enterprise or high-volume client implementations.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience creating and documenting playbooks for large-scale rollouts.
  • Robust problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with analyzing and leveraging data to inform decision making.
  • Experience with Intercom, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, or Catalyst is preferred.
  • Remote location, with East Coast strongly preferred.
