Description

  • Create field-facing technical content such as walkthroughs, demos, qualification guides, and competitive guidance for data protection and storage use cases.
  • Build and launch enablement materials and playbooks for early-stage cyber resiliency qualification.
  • Develop integration strategies and solution patterns for unstructured data, AI, and analytics platforms.
  • Advise on file and object storage deployment, management, and optimization best practices.
  • Deliver webinars and presentations with alliance partners, channel partners, and ecosystem vendors.
  • Participate in customer calls, demos, POCs, executive briefings, and sizing sessions to support pipeline and deal progression.
  • Translate platform features into practical enablement plans and customer outcomes.
  • Stay current on emerging trends in unstructured data, AI/analytics, and file/object storage and turn them into field guidance.
  • Capture field feedback and influence the product roadmap in partnership with Product Management.
  • Lead or oversee testing of integrations and reference architectures and document best practices.
  • Provide post-sales troubleshooting and assistance for backup integrations, recovery workflows, and disaster recovery orchestration.
  • Partner with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to align campaigns, content, KPIs, and regional strategy.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Typically 8+ years of pre-sales experience in IT, with deep experience in data protection, backup/restore, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience.
  • Typically 5+ years of experience in IT or cloud infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and distributed systems.
  • Fluency in Swedish/Danish and English.
  • Strong technical knowledge of data protection concepts such as immutable snapshots, replication, DR runbooks/orchestration, ransomware recovery design, and cloud-based protection patterns.
  • Understanding of the infrastructure behind high-performance recovery at scale and how to optimize RPO/RTO across on-prem and cloud.
  • Ability to map customer requirements to architectures and outcomes and explain complex concepts clearly to account teams and partners.
  • Strong presentation and visual communication skills, including diagramming and whiteboarding.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools and CRM/opportunity management systems such as Google Workspace and Salesforce.
  • Experience with data protection ecosystems and integrations such as Veeam, Commvault, Veritas NetBackup, Cohesity, Rubrik, Zerto, VMware, Oracle RMAN, Microsoft SQL Server, SAP HANA, Portworx, Kasten, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise and public sector/SLED accounts.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40–60% within the territory and occasionally internationally.
  • Relevant certifications such as VMCE, Commvault, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, Kubernetes/CKA, or security/cyber resiliency certifications are a plus.
