Description

  • Coach and mentor the sales development team to secure high-quality meetings with senior executives and meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Establish sales development strategies that scale as the team grows.
  • Partner on go-to-market strategy across email, phone, and social outreach.
  • Develop and maintain training materials to improve team performance.
  • Track and analyze key trends to support data-driven decisions and recommendations.
  • Plan and execute professional development programming for Sales Development Representatives and future Account Executives.
  • Assist with identifying, attracting, and managing talent.
  • Support prospect engagement and pipeline generation efforts across new and existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience as a sales leader with a passion for training, coaching, and development.
  • Ability to identify creative and innovative ways to drive top-of-funnel growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make decisions and recommendations.
  • Natural ability to motivate team members to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales development or revenue generation environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with senior executive prospecting and pipeline generation is relevant to the role.
  • Ability to collaborate with Account Executives and other go-to-market stakeholders.
  • Passion for AlphaSense’s product and the ability to communicate its value effectively.
  • Experience building team capability and preparing employees for future Account Executive roles is preferred.
