Description

  • Develop and refine affiliate campaign strategies with clients and internal sales teams to align with performance goals.
  • Provide data-backed insights and recommendations based on performance trends and industry benchmarks.
  • Analyze campaign outcomes and optimize affiliate marketing initiatives accordingly.
  • Oversee affiliate onboarding, including updating commissions, managing tracking links, and auditing brand cards for accuracy.
  • Manage paid placements end to end, including timely submission of assets and delivery coordination.
  • Monitor and respond to the affiliate email inbox, routing inquiries for fast and accurate resolution.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports for clients and internal teams.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for brands, networks, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and data teams to align on campaign goals and execution.
  • Lead client calls and internal meetings to review onboarding progress, troubleshoot issues, and share performance updates.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, ideally in affiliate or influencer marketing.
  • Experience working with affiliate agencies or networks such as CJ, Rakuten, or Impact is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive affiliate success through strategic planning and proactive client management.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs through well-executed marketing initiatives.
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring accurate execution and reporting.
  • Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms, campaign tracking tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and affiliate network reporting is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities effectively.
  • Passion for influencer marketing, with an adaptable and proactive mindset focused on client service.
