Description

  • Serve as the senior architecture authority across large-scale client reporting programs, setting strategic direction for end-to-end delivery.
  • Guide analysis and design, requirements governance, system configuration and integration, QA validation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Advise clients on client reporting best practices, implementation considerations, data management, and change management.
  • Own the architecture vision for cloud-based data platforms, end-to-end data pipelines, and system integrations supporting reporting solutions.
  • Lead senior-level program planning, including scope, resourcing models, statements of work, program structuring, and risk mitigation.
  • Establish and chair governance forums and provide executive reporting on program health, risks, dependencies, and financials.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for delivery issues across programs.
  • Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams of architects, developers, and consultants.
  • Develop and evolve technical methodologies across SDLC, data architecture, migration strategies, and integration patterns.
  • Drive the growth of the client reporting practice through accelerators, reusable frameworks, thought leadership, and business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise managing the full implementation lifecycle of client reporting or data transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale client reporting or data transformation programs from strategy and architecture through full implementation.
  • Experience with relational data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, or Oracle, plus data modeling.
  • Experience with data engineering, including ETL/ELT and data integration tools.
  • Experience with programming languages such as SQL, XML, C#, .NET, or Assembly.
  • Advanced knowledge of designing scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions.
  • Experience with data lifecycle management, data governance, and quality frameworks.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
  • Preferred: proficiency with client reporting and BI platforms such as Seismic, Kurtosys, SimCorp Coric, FactSet Vermilion, Assette, Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, or Sigma.
  • Preferred: senior consulting or professional services leadership experience with a track record of originating, structuring, and growing client engagements.
  • Preferred: experience with Agile or Waterfall SDLC, SCRUM, CI/CD, version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab, investment management systems, and financial instruments.
  • Preferred: experience with front office, middle office, and back office investment functions, plus asset and wealth management reporting components such as factsheets, holdings, performance, characteristics, disclosures, and commentaries.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

  • Base salary range of $168,500 to $239,400 depending on location.
