Description

  • Collaborate with segment leaders to develop capabilities and drive business development efforts.
  • Lead consulting engagements in the alternatives space and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from scoping through delivery.
  • Build and maintain deep client relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Use storytelling and industry experience to strengthen credibility and deliver insights.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on private equity products and operational nuances.
  • Engage operational groups to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and internal knowledge sharing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant consulting experience focused on private markets firms and fund administrators.
  • Expertise in private equity operations, including fund accounting, management company accounting, treasury, regulatory reporting, tax and compliance, deal management, portfolio monitoring, property management, value creation, investor relations, and client reporting.
  • Understanding of fund administrator services, including fund administration, investor services, corporate services, and asset services.
  • Insight into leading technology solutions for private equity firms and fund administrators.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of credit instruments, including loans, bonds, ABS, equity, warrants, FX, IRS, TRS, and CD.
  • Knowledge of investment products and liability structures such as closed-ended, evergreen (40 Act), BDC, CLO, and Insurance SMAs.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining deep client relationships.
  • Ability to tailor narratives for finance, investor relations, deal teams, compliance, operations, and risk.
  • Demonstrated success leading consulting and technology delivery projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
