Description

  • Collaborate with Private Equity, Credit and Real Assets segment leaders to develop capabilities and drive business development efforts.
  • Lead consulting engagements in the alternatives space, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Manage full project lifecycles from scoping through delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Build and maintain deep client relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Apply storytelling and industry experience to deliver insights and enhance credibility with clients.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on private equity products and operational nuances to client and internal teams.
  • Engage with operational groups to understand needs, identify pain points, and translate them into executable solutions.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and internal knowledge sharing to grow the firm’s capabilities and market presence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant consulting experience with a focus on private markets firms and fund administrators.
  • Expertise in private equity core operations including fund accounting, management company accounting, treasury, regulatory reporting, tax and compliance, deal management, portfolio monitoring, property management and operations, value creation, investor relations, and client reporting.
  • Understanding of fund administrator services including fund administration, investor services, corporate services, and asset services.
  • Insight into leading technology solutions for private equity firms and fund administrators.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of credit instruments (Term Loan, Revolvers, DDTL, Uni-tranche, Real Estate Debt), bonds, ABS (MBS, CMBS, CLO), equity, warrants, FX, IRS, TRS, and CDs, and knowledge of product/liability structures (closed-ended, evergreen/40 Act, BDC, CLO, Insurance SMAs).
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining deep client relationships and winning client trust.
  • Demonstrated success leading consulting and technology delivery projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to tailor narratives and communications to different operational groups (finance, investor relations, deal teams, compliance, operations, risk).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
