Description

  • Support engineers by troubleshooting platform issues, advising on infrastructure usage, and participating in regional support coverage.
  • Participate in follow-the-sun on-call rotations, triage alerts, lead incident response and debugging, and drive blameless post-mortems.
  • Own production delivery workflows using GitHub Actions, Argo CD, and Helm across multiple clusters and regions.
  • Operate high-traffic edge and API gateway infrastructure handling hundreds of millions of daily global requests.
  • Manage internal production tooling including Grafana, Sentry, Teleport, Metabase, and Atlantis.
  • Build self-service platform capabilities and standardized golden paths through a Platform-as-a-Product approach.
  • Lead improvement projects from initial problem definition through production implementation and adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure, or SRE roles operating highly available, high-performance production systems.
  • Experience delivering multi-quarter platform projects in complex environments with multiple Kubernetes clusters.
  • Deep production Kubernetes experience, including upgrades, debugging, operational ownership, and Helm-based deployments.
  • Strong Terraform and infrastructure-as-code skills across multiple environments, with GitOps and least-privilege practices.
  • Experience building and owning CI/CD pipelines at scale, including GitHub Actions deployments across multiple production locations.
  • Experience with Argo CD or a comparable GitOps continuous delivery tool.
  • Production experience with Google Cloud, ideally GKE, including day-to-day platform operations.
  • Strong Layer 7 networking knowledge covering load balancing, DNS, TLS, HTTP routing, and end-to-end request-path debugging.
  • Platform-as-a-Product mindset and experience building self-service developer platforms.
  • Availability for APAC or EMEA follow-the-sun on-call coverage and strong written communication in a distributed, async-first team.
  • Preferred: experience with policy-as-code, Terraform state and module management, Vault/OpenBao, PKI, Backstage or similar platforms, Azure, Go, Linux, containers, regulated environments, or fintech.
