Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute application deployment strategies.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage applications across multiple environments.
  • Develop and maintain deployment scripts, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Design and maintain Terraform infrastructure as code, including reusable modules and remote state management.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues with development and operations teams.
  • Test and verify deployments for accuracy, functionality, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with deployment and release management policies and best practices.
  • Document deployment processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Improve deployment processes and technologies while providing technical mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in application deployment, release management, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Extensive experience with scripting and deployment automation in continuous integration environments.
  • Working knowledge of Terraform, including modules, state management, and CI/CD integration.
  • Understanding of continuous integration and cross-platform integration challenges.
  • Experience with system-level and integration-level testing and quality assurance.
  • Experience specifying and implementing testing and production infrastructure in hosted environments.
  • Strong Windows and Linux skills, including Linux server troubleshooting.
  • RHCSA and RHCE certifications.
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based.
