Description

  • Design, configure, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for large-scale P2P technology experiments and benchmarks.
  • Improve cluster scalability and resource utilization for increasingly complex deployments.
  • Maintain monitoring, logging, and observability infrastructure using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
  • Collaborate with researchers and engineers to streamline reproducible experimentation and analysis workflows.
  • Automate infrastructure and deployment processes to improve reliability and reduce operational overhead.
  • Troubleshoot, profile, and tune distributed workloads for accurate, performant benchmarking.
  • Identify, reproduce, and debug complex distributed-systems issues with Logos development teams.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production or research environments.
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure, Linux systems, networking, and distributed or P2P systems.
  • Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, VictoriaLogs, or similar monitoring and logging tools.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code, including Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, ideally Python.
  • Interest in or experience with distributed systems, P2P networks, or blockchain technologies.
  • Experience with networking and systems programming.
  • Excellent written and conversational communication skills, with alignment to the organization’s values.
  • Hands-on experience with libp2p, performance benchmarking, scalability testing, systems research, open-source projects, or open-source organizations is preferred.
