Description

  • Own and optimize the global HRIS (BambooHR) as the single source of truth for employee data.
  • Integrate HR systems with payroll, ATS, Slack, and equity management tools to reduce manual work and improve reporting.
  • Audit system permissions and workflows to maintain security, privacy, and usability for employees and managers.
  • Standardize the full employee lifecycle from global onboarding through compliant offboarding.
  • Design and manage scalable benefits, leave-of-absence programs, and perks across international markets.
  • Build a tiered internal support model for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and policies.
  • Monitor labor law and employment regulation changes across operating jurisdictions and ensure compliance.
  • Author and maintain the Global Employee Handbook and keep policies legally sound and culturally relevant.
  • Lead internal audits and risk assessments for employment practices, classification, and workplace safety.
  • Establish data standards and build monthly or quarterly People dashboards for leadership insights.
  • Partner with Finance on compensation benchmarking and equity analysis.
  • Create automated workflows, SOPs, and process improvements to reduce administrative overhead and support growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience taking a company from manual, scrappy processes to automated, scalable operations.
  • Deep experience navigating US and international labor laws.
  • Experience with PEOs and EORs is a plus.
  • Strong focus on data integrity and accurate, audit-ready people data.
  • Ability to build and manage HR systems and operational workflows at scale.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, especially BambooHR, is preferred.
  • Experience partnering with Finance on compensation and equity analysis is preferred.
  • Experience developing policies, SOPs, and employee lifecycle programs in a global environment is preferred.
